Are you saying that nothing, no thoughts or emotions or attitudes, grow in you, without your knowing? Do you never have a moment when you realize something in greater clarity? So at one point you realized it in lesser clarity, then you stopped consciously thinking about it, and then suddenly at a different moment in the future you realize it anew in greater clarity? Does this never happen to you? Or if it does, how do you account for the change, if not by your unconscious? You certainly didn't think about it consciously, right?
I've considered the notion Transcix, the term unconscious might be aligned with ignorance. I consider that consciousness can only be viewed dualistically, i.e., consciously focused upon the term unconscious, for the purpose of describing it in generalities. Consciousness exists in every thing or being, in even an atom, and thus it is the latency of consciousness, with existing potential for expansion of field of awareness, which is innate and/or consciously aspiring.
Perhaps one idea is to focus upon the unconscious, and imagine this state toward the goal of completely understanding it toward intuition of its opposite. There is also a reference made several times by people who know me, that I'm OK... when I'm unconscious.
